The extraordinary office building appears to float above the water: At around 140 meters in length, the building spans the end of a kilometre-long flood basin. With almost 32,000 square meters of space over seven floors, Berliner Bogen offers sophisticated architecture, high-quality fittings and a wide range of possible uses.

In addition to the realization of individual, combined or open-plan offices, we also offer individual rental space – even in smaller sizes – with flexible terms. This means that the available space can be tailored to the needs of your company. Six green conservatories inside the building create additional open space for employees and guests and also provide an exceptional backdrop for exhibitions and events.
